Well technically since it wasn't a 'motor vehicle' they can't be charged with anything (no license plate, etc.) But they should have used a 'slow vehicle ' sign on the back.

That's an amazing invention. Why not go one step further and have a bus where all the passengers are pedaling.

I suppose if it had working indicators, lights and brakes, it may be legal to use on the road without a licence or registration.

if you haven't noticed people are actually getting lazier and constantly trying to figure out ways to make things easier.. i wont be surprised if they invent something soon where you wont even have to walk to the washroom to use the toilet lol
