Circuit One : 3 Sets
Plank - 30 Secs
Supermans - 15 Reps
Side Crunch - 15/side
Circuit Two: 2 Sets
RB Squats - 15 Reps
RB Split Squat - 12/side
RB Flys - 15 Reps
Dips - 15 Reps
Circuit Three: 2 Sets
RB Lateral Raise - 12 Reps
RB Bicep Curls - 15 Reps
RB Seated Row - 15 Reps
RB Lunges - 12/side
