Yeah people keep asking how to make backgrounds o.o What you need

1. PhotoShop
2. Brushes
3. CREATIVITY
(optional needs): Another background for inspiration

Tips:
1. Experiment with black and white and set the layer modes to overlay
2. Change the brush sizes
3. Download a LOT of brushes
4. Experiment by mixing different sets of brushes on one background
5. Experiment with 'blending options'
6. For dark backgrounds, start with the color 'black'
7. Use different tints and hues of the same color(optional)

  • So I downloaded my photoshop off of an original site that was giving it out at that time.

When I try to download brushes, I can't find on my computer where it says "brushes" for photoshop.

Is there anyway how I can download brushes, and them work for me?

Cos lately I've been having to open a picture then click "define brush" for it to work.

    Help? D:
