They are most probably using a technique called "circular breathing" In which you can play continuously by blowing air out through your mouth and taking short breaths in through your nose while maintaining a constant airflow out through the instrument. It's not all that difficult to do, and many modern wind instrumentalists (anyone from clarinetists, saxophonists, trumpeters, trombonist etc) often utilize this technique
I doubt anyone can hold their breath for 5+ minutes haha

This is so awesome. I wonder what their lung capacity would be like. They can probably hold their breath for 5+ mins.
