  • Any recommendations for wheel brushes? Will anything do (like dollar store dish brushes with a longer handle) or do you recommend a particular brand to prevent scratching?

  • @xian24 Most of the brushes I have I got at auto parts stores. You just have to look around until you find the ones you like. If you have a detailing supply company in your area, you should be able to find wheel brushes there too.

  • The Optimum Power Clean was mixed 3 parts water to 1 part Power Clean in the spray bottle. The mix for Optimum No Rinse is 1 oz per 2 gallons of water.

  • I just don't like "washing" w/o water. This defiantly doesn't get all the break dust out of the calipers or anything else "in the cracks.

  • This isn't washing without water, it is washing without rinsing. Big difference. You'd be suprised at how clean this method gets the wheels, including the barrel and calipers. I've been detailing full time nearly 15 years now and have been using rinseless washes even longer. ONR is definitely the best I've tried.

  • Where can you buy this?

  • Anyone tried using ONR as a waterless spray and wipe wash? Wondering what the dilution should be. Stonger than the detail dilution I would imagine.

  • I beleive he had it mixed in his wash bucket to rinse with his brushes. Q: Is that Optimum power clean avail. in less than a gal. size?

  • 3 parts of water and 1 part of water, where is optimum no rinse?

  • After watching the vid again I can see that you do get the wheel very clean on the surface. I guess that's ok for a customer but when I wash my own car I want every speck of dirt removed that's why I use a prssure washer.

  • Yea you so use water but I'm referring to squirting the water into the crevices to remove as much dirt as you can. And how many rags/toles are you using? ie: how many loads of laundry are you doing after a day work?
