This car is parked in a handicap space so they gave him the boot.


"Here we have somebody with a boot on there car, for parking in a handicap space. The way i understand it, is that your not allowed to park in a handicap space. i had gotten one of those before and i also happened to have a cutting torch in my bed. so i cut the locking mechanism off and took the rest of it off and set it on the side walk and left a note saying nice try jack ass and off i went.
