@thisissafety I'm sure he's glad of any improvements. If I had the skill I would make one. I'm usually terrible at cutting woodwork, metalwork or soldering accurately. But I can build flat pack things ha

@ojideagu the initial plans and design were taken from this guy named Kyle Downes. his youtube user name is khdownes1
I like to think i took his idea and made it better. IMO. but his table is what inspired me to do this. This was my first big wood working project i had made a couple shelves but nothing like this. I wanting to sell this eventually but ive had an offer of 500 and some one offered me $1000 if it isnt sold by the summer.

@thisissafety That's cool, it's very impressive! Who invented the table design? Also saw a woman make one which was also amazing considering she had never made anything before. I wonder how much it would sell for on Ebay lol

@ojideagu it took me just over a month, i would work on it a couple hours a night and it was trial and error. but im sure it could be done a lot quicker now that i know what to do. I actually got lucky with some of the materials, like the glass, wiring harness, and the buttons i used for the contacts were all free thanks to where my dad works. The total coast of what I spent was roughly around $250 but like i said i had some important stuff given to me. it was a fun project!

@thisissafety How long did it take you and what was the cost of the materials.

@thisissafety sweet thanks. I had the fonts, i just didnt know how to cut out the stencils.
Very good, this is one of the best iv seen on youtube (im still working on mine). One question though: how did you get the nintendo symbols to look the way they do? Did you make your own stencil then paint over it?

@CivicFiberglassDoor I actually found the fonts online and then would print them at various sizes until i got the size i wanted then took the fonts to a professional sign and sticker place and had them cut out the stencils. It wasn't very expensive either it was like $20 for four cuts of each stencil. After i put the stencils on the table I put a couple coats of clear over the table to protect everything.
thanks for the kind words! much appreciated!
