Christopher Nolan and Christian Bale had a hell of a task in front of them to
top Batman Begins, and with the addition of Heath Ledger and Aaron Eckhart it certainly sounded like the team was in place. But Matt and Nat think it missed the mark a bit, and didn't quite live up to what it could have been. The major shortfall? Batman himself.

  • Your reviews are driving me nuts. Too critical over little things. Same with your reviews of BSG. This movie has more postive than anything. I heard no lisp. The suit was cool. Playing indignant over no batcave; give me a break. Wayne tower complaints? Whatever. Nat's right, the tower was damaged in the first film. I guess they could have picked a cooler building but so what. There were so many cool things in the movie!

  • Why the fuck is every person complaining about the damn voice? It is the same exact one in the first one. You are lucky we got someone like Christian Bale to play Batman, instead some teeny bopper who just wants to be a superhero.

  • these are the worst movie critics ever mat this isnt your childhood in every movie yall review about a comic book you want it to be just as you remeberd it it your childhood this is a different time christopher nolan made a great batman movie so shut the fuck up and leave this to people who know what thier talking about and doing

  • I hate your reviews thats all i got to say matt your lame not batmans voice you ass hole he sounded the same way in batman begins plus batman does his voice like that to keep a sence of mistery and suspense to the character if u dont like mat and nat go watch batman and robin or somthing

  • Dude, I had a nerdgasm whenever Bale spoke as Batman. Seriously, he was amazing! He's not ... smooth. He's not charming. He's ... psychopathic; it makes him look like he's out of control, yet put a kid in front of him, and the kid knows, Batman's a good guy.

  • @admmak how is it not oscar material

  • Wow, you two are a disgrace to reviewers. Christian Bale did a fantastic job in his portrayal of The Dark Knight. You guys are nit-picking on his voice, really? Really? His acting was superb and his costume was very simple yet intriguing. Bale again did one of the best performances of Batman in a long time. And The Joker was purely the star of the film yet you guys only spend like 2 minutes on his character... wow

  • You know, you would shit your pants if you came across Batman talking to you like that. I thought it really shows Batman's hate for criminals and such. When he talks like that it makes him sound more intimidating.

  • you are the one's that are the ball lickers matt and natt and p.s Bale was the best badass Batman ever PERIOD !!!

  • Amen. Bale beats out all the other actors who portrayed Batman. I feel you man, I have no clue what they are talking about.

  • that comment was from me (the one from HAHA9870) i was on my friend's profile, so ditto to what i just wrote
