Anti-spousal Abuse Ad from 1990s (kid on stairs)

I used to see this ad when I was a kid... It's pretty hilarious to me, not because abuse is funny, but simply because I find the abusive treatment of one individual of another in the manner portrayed in this ad is so absurd, that I can only laugh... I mean, honestly, who gets angry about pizza? It's completely irrational... I sincerely hope that with my generation, this behavior will no longer be tolerated by anyone...

Husband: But what...What--what is this? Pizza?!

Wife: If you had just CALLED me, I would have known what--

Husband: Dinnner--"dinner ready" is PIZZA.

Wife: Honey please don't be so loud, please don't-- (gasp) LET GO OF ME!!!

Husband: GET IN THE KITCHEN!!!

Wife: NO-- (sobbing)

I can't believe people aren't getting the point of this - in an abusive relationship like this ANYTHING can set off the anger of the person abusing. Something as trivial as Pizza and he was beating her up - that shows at how toxic these relationships are where the abused is given no control to make any decisions because they are constantly wondering where they will go wrong.
