IT Recruitment Consultant Job in Hertfordshire/Chesterfield with CK IT

We currently have a vacancy in either our Stevenage or Chesterfield office for an IT Recruitment Consultant.

We provide permanent and temporary recruitment solutions to companies throughout the whole of the UK and increasingly in Europe. .

This is sales orientated position with extensive people contact, both face to face and by telephone. We are looking for an outgoing individual with lots of personality who is hungry for success and will enjoy the satisfaction of providing a quality, professional service to both clients and candidates.

This role will focus on the growth and establishment of our IT recruitment function through the effective development of new business and successful delivery of recruitment services that we provide and will involve dealing with immediately available personnel and jobs with very quick turnaround times.

You should have a degree in either a business or IT related discipline (or equivalent experience) as you will be liaising with IT and business professionals at all levels. A background in sales or recruitment is also required. In any case, you must have excellent communication skills combined with self-confidence and a professional approach
