hello!! the boat rent cost us P2500, with the maximum number of 10 people. You basically have the boat for the whole day. You dont have to pay anything for the dolphin sighting, u just have to rent the boat early (like 6-7am) coz the dolphins only show up in the morning.
There's another island close to balicausag (i forgot the name) and usually the tour guide takes you there before going back to alona beach.
trust me for P2500, its well worth it

i went to balicasag last month. Of all the places I've been in bohol, this was the best. Snorkeling is definately a must!
