My Bride, I Will

I was asked to write a song for my friends wedding. They wanted it for their foot washing ceremony. I prayed to the Lord and asked Him to bless them and this is what He gave to me.

The song is based off of the life of Jesus. He declared that He came not to be served but to serve. Jesus washed His disciples feet as an example to us that we should do the same to each other. (John 13) He also says through Paul in the book of Ephesians that husbands are to love their wives as Christ loves the Church. So as Jesus serves the Church so we should serve our wives.
