I always thought Asatru was the old European way of life, living with nature rather then against it.,a way of life as apposed to being a religion so to speak.

Asatru has many great virtues, It has been around for many thousands of years. It has stood the test of time.

Uhmm... Asatru has only been around since the 70's. Asatru and Heathenry are the reconstruction of the old Heathen beliefs and culture.
