@Lonewulf321 - The other exception to this rule in addition to tension is if you were to reduce this boss to <5~8% of his HP and go into Arles Rise to execute your BC, you will activate your Lv 3 BC regardless of BC level. Also, tension skills may only be used once per battle, once per BC level corresponding to hits (25, 50, 75).

@SunTheTiger you are correct with the 100 hits thing, my guess is and from what i heard depending on the # of combos like 25,50,75,100 you can do BC even with out arles rise mode thats how asbel used a lvl 3 BC despite having a lvl 2 bc bar

It's not just that, but he also left the Arles Rise as it was ,on 2, I would hazard a guess it's an ability, something to do with a 100 hits, I presume.
