@shaheel96 yes. better than crunches in my opinion as well, especially since it doesn't break your spine. Plus it works your arms intensely too. Just hold it for 1-2 minutes in the proper form 3 times a day. Or if you're really lookin' for a workout, raise a leg and/or go for 3-4 minutes. Your abs should harden in just a few weeks.

The plank (or hover) is an isolation move used in Pilates and Yoga and works the abs, back, arms and legs. The plank also targets your internal abdominal muscles. personally i like to do it after working out since as he says it burns your muscles more which i guess is what youd want to do.

i can last exactly one minute, I start getting pissed at my stopwatch for not going faster during the 57 second mark.
