Wow Marietta still has them trains coming through like an interstate!

The Pullman car is behind the old Marietta train depot. Years ago(late 70s) the depot was made into a restaurant. I think the Pullman was used as a dining room for the restaurant.
This stretch of track is just 1 block W of the Marietta square.
I lived in Cobb County for 18 years; had dinner at the Depot restaurant many times.
There were certain areas of the restaurant in which one could see the trains just outside the windows as they went by.
Now the depot is the Marietta Welcome Center.

I was wondering when I saw you taking pictures if you might be doing the same thing I was. I should've introduced myself. It was cool to see someone else doing what I was doing. For some reason I don't see many trainspotters when I'm out.
