Some scenes from a rally and march held in Melbourne to mark the international day of mourning for fallen workers. Under the slogan 'Rights on Site' it marked the beginning of an industrial campaign to overturn the repressive legislation introduced by John Howard and retained under the guise of a new name by the present Rudd government.

Correction - due to an unfortunate mishearing, the name of the worker who spoke at the end of the rally is captioned as "Tony". It should be "Toby". My apologies to the comrade concerned.
