@stokelycalm The song is about 3 women who color outside the lines of society's idealized picture of what women should be. Melody has a child with an unreliable addict so she starts stripping for supplemental income, Audra discovers she is gay while in college, and Ellisa uses her innate intelligence to compensate for her inability to read.
