@jimmyplanet Well, Neil Peart and Buddy Rich play different genres, in different bands, and about 20-30 years apart from each other. Taylor Hawkins and Dave Grohl played in the same band, and genre so actually they are pretty easy to compare and guess what, Dave wins. Look up foo fighters drum, the one with the guy from mad brain. Dave pwns.

Ok...here is my opinion... Taylor Hawkins is simply awesome. Why compare with dave grohl? would you say buddy rich was as good as neil peart or better or worse? how can you say either?. Regardless, taylor hawkins is a fan of music..and he is creative and he is a GREAT drummer. not just GOOD, nor good enough... GREAT...period..

it is INSANELY hard to sing while drumming.. singing while keeping the rhythm to the whole song. just.simply.amazing.
