W. Neal Roberts, M.D., the Charles W. Thomas Professor of Medicine and Director, VCU Rheumatology Fellowship Program at Virginia Commonwealth University, presented the 2012 David H. Neustadt Lecture, "Novel Murine Models of Scleroderma" on October 18, 2012.

The talk focused on memorizing three prognostic factors for scleroderma, recalling the history of three Nobel prizes based upon general medicine, rather than subspecialty, thinking, and recognizing the potential of small GTPase intracellular signaling molecules as future drug targets in scleroderma.

Presented by the U of L Division of Rheumatology and Medicine Chairman's Office.
