.:Inside I'm Dying:.

****PLEASE READ*****
I am numb from the pain. I cry and cry and cry. Everything reminds me of Hershey and how we'll no longer be a team. Unfortunately, one of our vets discovered through testing that Hershey will never be able to jump. It's the end of his jumping career, as well as the end of our partnership.

I have learned so much from this horse. He is my life. I have put back breaking hours into healing him. He's a part of me. He literally has stolen my heart.

Hershey still has many years to live out as a Dressage horse. But I'm finished with Dressage. I'm no longer going to event. I'm taking up hunter/jumpers again at my old barn. I actually begin tomorrow (Saturday). The next step is to find Hershey a good owner who loves him unconditionally, is patient with him, and can take him to the top.

Hershey, I love you more than words can say. This has been the hardest decision I have ever made. You are my best friend. You helped me heal as well. Through all the pain the past 3 years has brought, I've found peace and comfort and joy. Being with you... I can't even describe it. You are my very dearest friend. Please know that. I honestly cannot see my keyboard anymore through my tears. My heart is broken into little tiny pieces.

Hersh, I won my first ever grand champion with you. Thank you. Thank you for helping over come my fears and challenges. Thank you for being patient with me when I'm learning something you've done over a million times. You are seriously a horse in a billion, a one of a kind.

I'm so sorry baby. Please understand. And please don't hate me as much as I hate myself.

Callan, I'm so sorry. I know how much you love Hershey, & how difficult it has to be letting him go. But at least you love him enough to. And now it's time to move on, but Hershey will always be with you in spirit. He'll find a new owner who will love him as much as you (if that's possible(;) and take good care of him. He's going to be happy, and he'll always remember you as you will him. Hopefully you'll find the perfect horse again, and he/she will take you to the top. Love you, stay strong<3

I'm so so sorry. I'm not gonna say " omg I know how you feel!!" That would jst make me a bitch. Anyway, this happened to my best friend. Her horse can only do dressage. They use to be a perfect eventing team.

I know things look like they won't get better. Jayke, now has Roo. *and still buby* but I know you will find a great home for your pony and I know you will still be able to visit<3
