    * Income Taxes, * Social Ins Taxes, * Ad-Valorem Taxes, * Fees & Charges (Taxes), * Business & Other (you guessed it) Taxes.

    FACT # 2 It is the responsibility of the Congress to, Properly Manage, the Monies which They've been Entrusted by creating and passing an annual Budget.

    FACT # 3 For the past 3 /12 years, Congress has not produced a Budget.
