Romney? He is just as liberal, if not more so than McCain. At least McCain can be respected for his service in Vietnam. What can Romney be respected for? Certainly not flip-flopping on every issue.

The reason is primarily because Huckabee and Romney split the conservative Republican vote allowing McCain to win with many moderates.
