On December 9, 2013, at 2:20 pm, the complainant, an employee of Ariel Grocery located at 2090 Pacific Street in Richmond, was working inside the store when an unknown male entered the store. While suspect #1 was inside the store he acted as if he was going to make a purchase when suspect #2 entered the store pointing a handgun at her demanding money. After the employee gave suspect #2 an undetermined amount of money from the register suspect #2 took the complainant's gold engagement & wedding rings. Moments later a customer entered the store and both suspects fled and were last seen south on Amber Street towards Castor Avenue.
Suspect #1: Black male, 20-25 years-of-age, 5'7", dark complected, thin build, wearing a black scarf covering his nose & mouth, black "Nike" hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, tattoo of "AP" on his right hand and armed with a handgun.
Suspect #2: Black male, 20-25 years-of-age, 5'7″, dark complected, thin build, wearing a red or orange hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black gloves.
