First two forms are easy once you get the pattern down. Third form takes practice and lots of luck. Platforms remind me of Megaman.

Easy with Sypha. If you have a different character, I suggest sticking to Trevor. The whip just does less damage than the fire spell.

What's the point of giving you the "HELP ME" code after beating the game? If you can beat the game without using it, you don't really need it to begin with. :P

Yeah, they should give you that when you get a game over.

When you beat the game they should give you "Akama", hard mode password. Or whatever one that lets you start with your current partner from the beginning.

great LP! I got a complete copy of Akumajou Densetsu (Japanese CV3) last summer. This is truly a must play if you're a Castlevania fan.

I hear Grant is stronger in the original, and that the game is a bit easier in general than the english version.

not to mention that the game's sound was MUCH better in the Japanese version, due to the added sound chip in the famicom.

yeah, the difficulty was kind of tweaked for the US version. Grant was stronger in the Japanese version, and definitely made some areas a bit easier. He's my personal favorite of the 3. Sypha is really good too, as long as you know how to properly use her. I never cared too much for Alucard in this one.
