Bethenny Frankel bandwagon

Just finished reading Bethenny Frankel's book, "Natually Thin". Very good. I got a lot out of it. Of course the second I put it down, I ran out to my local natural foods store and picked up some key food products she mentions in her book. I seriously bought like 8 things and the total came to $54!! It's damn expensive to eat "naturally".

haha, very cute and informative. Im scared of the broccoli pancakes to be honest with you so maybe ill pass on those, the other stuf seems doable. I just started reading the book today, havent gotten very far but i hope all goes well for me. Thanks alot for the 411.

I like this girl! You need to be careful with the Synergy drinks its awesome its raw and natural but it does smell like vinegar but you cant be picky and just need to drink it.
