I'm Scott, a senior engineering student at Olin College in Needham, Massachusetts. The Ryan budget plan, which many of you have endorsed, includes significant cuts to Pell Grants which give many students the chance to go to college. For America to remain competitive in the field of science and technology, we need to be producing more graduates in these fields. Can you tell me how you plan to keep college an affordable option for American students?
