@guitarsupreamo so then ..how is it a loss..??

Who cares if so & so "copied" another musicians works, besides it's a complement to the original artists. Sit back and enjoy the music. Jeez, people get a grip!

@nunestunes Yes, Mike and Greeny would make some interesting duets

anyone else wish bloomers was and this too?

Thanks once again, Cap'n sir! How can we be so lucky to have a Carousel '68 recording of this quality? Who done it? Kudos. Early Mac and Paul B. Doesn't get much better for me. Eeegads, Manfred. Maybe Sons of Champlin at the time?

@kuei1248 the emotional connection Green had to his music is magical-not many can match the beauty in the tone of his voice and playing!

wow!

Butterfield is absolutly excellent on harmonica. Excellent track.

It's amazing how, the closer you get to a 'pure' form of music, the more obnoxious the fans are. Still, thanks for the music, Captain.

Peter is the greatest loss to the British blues scene, a truely gifted player with a beautiful voice, but he has recorded a wealth of material that we can marvel at!
I personally love Peter Green's dynamics on the guitar...he plays with enormeous
feeling...soft, deep and loud when he needs to be...Excellence to the Core, a Genius and yet he is such a humble figure..:-))

Those British blues greats turned most people on to the black originals and generally polished them up with their superior sound.
