I will not resign! this has become the standard reaction among Kenyan public officials whenever called to take responsibility for their actions and resign. As NTVs Jane Kiiyo reports, resistance to popular demands is increasingly becoming futile and resignations are becoming part of a culture of accountability that is slowly creeping into public life in Kenya.
