That's quite a sharp corner! Was there also a car parked just around the bend? This is aggressive driving. Senseless to drive so fast. Probably joined the next traffic jam 2 seconds early and waited a minute for the next set of traffic lights to change. Makes things dangerous and unpleasant for everyone else.
