I'm very glad I could find Nianzuli's video. These very simply exercises makes me well-balanced and peacefull person. There are a lot of chikung video on internet and the performances are reaally good. But Master Nianzuli is head and shoulders above them. God bless Him.

I looked at a review of this DVD, but none of the chapters in this DVD describe this 12 Posture sitting qi gong. Ken Cohen is an excellent QiGong master and I have several of his books. But none of his writings describe the above video.

Yes, but that is in VHS format and the DVD starts at $95.00 on "resellers" with Amazon.. It must be out of circulation..... I'll have to search for it more.
