Hey wait a second. Youtube said this upload failed when I uploaded it. Oops. Either way, its an enemy that runs around, randomly jumping and such. Takes a few hits to kill, then falls off of the screen, like in 2D Mario games. It's based off of MikeyK's Shyguy, like many enemies I make.


When hit, it stops moving for a second, and is invulnerable to a second attack.

  • Yeah, I was going to add a description but Youtube said the upload failed, WHICH I GUESS IT DIDN'T.

    I'm thinking of adding more behaviors and such, possibly a jumping pose and fireball shooting ability.

  • Man.. you're making it sound better and better! If you don't mind me making a suggestion, is it possible to make a 16x32 enemy like Big Mario act exactly like how Mario is supposed to be? 2 hit points, shrinks when hit, plays the hurt sound, etc...

  • I imagine if anything, I could use Rex as a base, seeing as it does shrink when hit and such. I could also copy routines from other sprites to give it the abilities I want and such.
