Listen you can do a fast for that long but the dangers are when you break the fast more important ..you can kill yourself if you dont break the fast properly ..i recommend that you read some books on how to break the fast correctly..because you can really injure ..

This is an invitation for you to join in a 30 day water fast starting from sundown on the 9th.

The intention of this fast would be to completely cleanse the body's cells of accumulated toxins, and thus restoring it to optimal health.

During the 30 days of the fast, we would discuss how to maintain our healthy body. Topics which would be covered would be, what we breathe, what we drink, what we eat, and what we put on our skins, and into our hair.

I have fasted for 40 days unless you drink juice from a juicer which is top quality then I wouldn't dare... I have a 400 dollar juicer so I could get enough calories... it was the best thing I ever did in my life... if however you don't have that quality if juicer then I would recomend a partial juice fast with brown rice fruit vegatables and lentils or other beans....

You don't "achieve enlightenment" merely by fasting. What a ridiculous supposition. If that was true, then starving and emaciated people would be "enlightened", which they are clearly not. In the many spiritual traditions of the world, fasting reduces the physical desires so one can have greater focus in prayer and meditation, making it easier for one to experience "samadhi", or the state of bliss when the fluctuations of consciousness cease.

Fasting made me desire nothing. Not sex, food, drugs, it cleared my mind. It was really boring but you do achieve enlightenment. Im an atheist btw.

I was just asking because you mentioned the Hebrew day period in your video,I may self are in a transition period into the raw vegan diet ,not sure if will go 100% raw thoe,Im not doing this because of religion but definetly fasting and diet helps in spiritual relationship with God

no but there was a time of my life when I kept a strict sabbath in the seventh-day jewish fashion. I try to accept that we are now resting in the Lord everyday, because His death brought about a new era when the Holy Spirit is ever present in us. But I still feel bad about not keeping a seperate day, it was somehow comforting. But all legalism would be; to believe you are doing something especially good. I'm not sure about the theology of this topic ompletely, but I feel grace in all; and calm.

I am very intersted in fasting all the sudden,

I would be very interested in hearing the spiritual and perceptional aspectes of fasting. I would like to hear your differences in coutious perseption. I guess what I am trying to say is I want to hear what you are going threw spiritually. I have followed a few people there fast on youtube and just like you said only one I know finished, and he was a pagan.
