Be wary of putting yourself in a losing situation. There is of course good and bad advice. But be careful because there is a failure rate. But who still gets paid? The lawyer. You end up still losing your licence and very hefty bill.
It definitely is not all sweetness and roses.

Speeding is that not what track days n stuff are for? And not for the roads?

Too many people think that if you are issued with a fixed penalty, you've got no choice other than to pay it and have 3 points added to you're licence. You have a right to a court case if you are charged with a criminal offence and often the procurator fiscal has to drop less serious cases due to court backlogs.

These guys are great, helped me with a careless driving charge and got me off scott free. Expensive but well worth every penny, wish i used them years ago!

Also watch "Darren Pollard arrested" then "Darren Pollard Free Man" of course you are going to disagree because if everyone finds out the truth about the law you will be out of a job.

The Crown is nothing to do with the queen. The Crown is a private corporation. Do a YT search on John Harris. It's an Illusion.

Not if I refuse to go into the dock. A court is a private corporation and if I refuse to enter into contract then they have no jurisdiction.

Merely statutes?? Break statutes and you can end up going to jail whether you consent or not
Say you went by a speed camera speeding while drinking a bottle of vodka and giving the camera the fingers with the other hand. If you were in a balaclava and had your pates covered up there's nothing they could do

The last guy to try something like that was traced because he didn't cover the plates well enough. By the time the whole thing came to court he ended up getting a jail sentence for attempting to pervert the course of justice and dangerous driving. (To be fair to him, no bottle of vodka was involved)

not really got a question but what about that guy on the bike doing 160mph, he never should have went to jail, the road was dead he was on a fast bike and got carried away, he got his ban but no one died, so no big problem but he never should be put the the big house :S

Tend to agree with that. Not much I can say as the matter is now subject to an appeal. Press recently reported his bail was refused but in fact he did not insist on bail he wants to fight the sentence as a matter of principle as he also believes it was unjust.
