God loves us!!:D

Thank you. People need to know that God loves them and isn't out there to condemn, but to save.

This changed my life. I'm serious. I have been a Christian since last May but this just made me stop and think. I mean really who am I to judge myself? And I just can't grasp at how much God loves us.

I always thought I was a Christian doing what was right well today my life was changed I watched the movie Courageous and it changed my life my next step was to pick up the book Crazy Love by Francis Chan I now am renewing my life through Jesus Christ. I will be the Spiritual Leader in my home and my community that God wanted me to be. I am making this committment now and forever. I encourage you to take this walk with me!!!

240p... we meet again

This vid is awesome. We base a lot of what we say and think on prejudices. Atheists saying that Christians are ignorant because they don't believe in evolution etc. (Incidentally as a student of Biology, I believe in evolution AND God) Christians who say that Atheists have no morals/unselfish goals.. Perhaps if we really want to follow Jesus we just have to love a little more instead of throwing harsh words around (: Maybe that's the gist of this video (:

Following Jesus is worth every second! 3

@ninjajesus81 interesting....

@iker1024 Those are human nature. How are they not? All humans display those traits, even if they've never even heard of Jesus.
Now maybe loving your enemies isn't human nature, but why should we love our enemies? And keep in mind, "enemy" is ill-defined.
-
@ninjajesus81 Because Jesus is the part that matters most. Jesus calls you to love your enemies, forgive those who harm you, and help those in need. Those things are not human nature, and that is why you must make a conscious decision to acknowledge Jesus and follow his teachings.
I'm not a Christian, but thank you for not being aggresive in your faith. If more Christians were like you, I wouldn't have a problem with Christianity in general.

@theotherdoomguy I understand. I'm Christian, and I do not believe shoving it down people's throats is love. However, the biggest problem with Christianity nowadays is that Christians are blending in and being accepted. Christians should not be accepted. People should have a problem with us. However, it cannot be by a lack of love, but by love. eg. forgiving someone who doesn't deserve it. Going the extra mile for someone who is rejected by many, etc.
