Eek! Stravaganza - The Terrible Thunderlizards: Planet Of The Crepes (1995) S3 E10B

Synopsis:
In this parody of Planet of The Apes, a parody Charlton Heston's character is accidentally sent back in time to Jurassic City. There, he encounters Bill and Scooter and a pack of intelligent apes (who acts like actual humans), who cooks the bumbling humans some tasty crepes. Meanwhile, the Thuggosaurs are trying to launch a missle to Jurassic City in their submarine.

NOTE: Dr. Eddie (who's from the Eek segments) is mentioned by the Charles Heston like guy, which means that he lives in McTropolis, where Eek and his friends and family reside at, causing a "crossover". And in the end, the Statue of Liberty is Eek himself as the parody character learns that he was just transported back in time. In conclusion, McTropolis may have very well been Jurassic City at first, but with the humans populating, it became McTropolis.

NOTE: The Thunderlizards themselves only appear for about 58 seconds.
