Convert Any template to WordPress in under 5 Minutes

This isn't really a how to video, more information on just how easy it is.

instead of having to go file, save as, png then browse to the folder and over right.....if you merge the layer you can just hit ctrl-s to save little short cut, and being its a image you will never edit again, no point in keeping the layers.

I have a html page, added css stylesheet, header and content but for some reason the homepage of wordpress stays the same.I use gantry theme.Could you help me out here?

If you want to really turn that template into wordpress you will need to widgitize those footer areas and place a text widget in them with the html to make them mark up like they looked otherwise all this is cool but not a full WP site theme kind of a hybrid and a good start Do you have a tutorial on make custom widgets that have a icon and text and read more link?

This looks easy but it isn't. I tried it out but it doesn't work for me. Would like to know if anyone else had luck.

The sounds freaked me out. Didn't realize was your child or from screen. I thought it was my cat in some distress that just had asked to be let out on our back patio. I jumped up to make sure it was okay. She was fine. Came back and realized was just the computer. Whoo.
