Chef Marcio Bonfada shows three of the favor cuts at Fogo de Chao Restaurant in Beverly Hills, California: Bottom sirloin, top sirloin and filet mignon.
@efrasegura03 yeah like the beverly hills one, havent been there im sure its top notch, i was vegetarian for 6 years and ive decided 2 put some weight on so ive been doing plenty churrasco lately lol! theres several churrascarias in l.a i recomend gaucho village in glendale =)
@browndwarf1 Well think it again, thats the cheaper cost of Fogo de Chao, the one that I go is located in South Beach and I know other Fogo de Chao retaurants that are more expensive.
well, usually these kind of restaurants in brasil, are "all you can eat" style. We have a salad buffet, with cheeses and some other hot dishes aswell, as for the meat, the waiters keep wandering around the restaurant with the meat serving whoever wants it, so the meat is always warm and fresh. It would cost (converting to USD) about 30 - 40 bucks, to eat all you can of that precious meat. Hail brazillian beef =).
@browndwarf1 No but I love brazilian churrascarias like Fogo and Texas de Brazil

I feel full and tired just by looking at the plate! Maybe good for the protein hunters, but totally unimaginative.
