I like this. I think it's very powerful what we choose to identify ourselves with. When we're able to step back and realize we don't have to purchase every thought that floats through our minds, it's freeing. The less you grab hold of those thoughts that aren't "becoming" of you, or what you want to become, the sooner they weaken and fall away? Perhaps?
