*this is part 2, as i forget to film the common bathroom*
Went to the showroom for The Peak @ Toa Payoh, a Design Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) from HDB. Location is extremely good - 435m from Toa Payoh MRT and 545m from Braddell MRT. It is 350m from CHIJ Toa Payoh and just opposite of Philips Singapore. Within 5 minutes walking distances are 1) Toa Payoh West Community Club, 2) 2 public badminton courts, 3) Mobil Petrol Station, 4) some old provision shops *note: there are plenty of cheers & 7-elevens abt 7-8 mins walk away*, and 5) a hawker centre cum wet market.
Since it's Toa Payoh, we get PIE and CTE expressways and from Toa Payoh, Orchard is just 3 stops away.
Because we took one of the top units, we can have good view of MacRitchie Reservoir and the overall of Bishan and Ang Mo Kio from our common bedrooms and living/dining room. From the master bedroom, our view is towards greenery of Thomson as well as towards HDB Hub.
The total area is 1259 sq. ft. and we have two large balconies (living room and master bedroom) and all the fitted with quality fixtures.
