The really amazing thing about the entire thing was when she cobbled together what money she could to try to buy her plan back, knowing she didn't have enough get it, and then the entire room putting their paddles down to let her buy it back at the opening bid price. Now THAT is respect!

@okami36 Wow, how cool is that to have a connection to such an amazing person. I watch the documentary too and it was wonderful. I even kept thinking... hey, they really should have given the Pancho character in The Right Stuff a bigger role, but then again, it's such a monster of a movie it would have been even longer. As I write this I'm thinking they may have, because the few scenes regarding Pancho don't seem to go into alot of detail about her story.

Just saw this movie on PBS tonight. I thought it was great. Even more interesting, as I realized she's a distant cousin.
