@hrWladyslaw It's about pcp, I grew up in NYC, born 1960 Jamaica W.I., Angel dust was dusting out brains and causing people to bug out. Trust me, this song is not about cocaine.

youre right, I heard this kind of alot back then, lived in the garden valley projects, cleveland ohio, most of the apartments were empty, and the wind would whistle through those abandoned brick apartments, plastic covering the open windows, and this song blaring from the window of a tenement somewhere.
