PLEASE READ!!!! Video explains it all. But here is my 2 cents on the matter. I think the pharmacist was perfectly within his right to fire on the 2 suspects and even chase the one that ran. But he went back grapped another guy and shot the boy 5 times in the chest. He was on the ground unconscious and shot in the head, another report I saw the boy wouldn't have lived but for a few more minutes with the damage from the head shot. But none the less he had enough sense of mind to go back get another guy and shoot him 5 times when he had no gun and was unconscious. That is just plain murder in my eyes. What do you think? • The kid started crying from pain then the old man realized he was still alive then got another gun to make sure he was dead and could not cause tjem harm.

  • @CPenha Actually, there is no death sentence in the state where this happened, and he could have been rehabilitated. The first shot was fully justified self defence, but switching guns and finishing the kid off was plain murder.

  • @The3Shogun I agree with you, if your gonna do an armed robbery, be prepared because you might get shot yourself. But the reloading and extra 5 shots wasn't necessary.

  • Motherfuckers if your ready to pull a robbery be ready to fucken die you stupid bitches. I would of shot that little shit 30 more times. They had their backpacks on go to fucken school you useless shits to society.

  • He was justified in defending him self but once the threat is neutralized you do not, absolutely do not have the right to walk up and "Finish" him off, thats clearly murder.

  • A 16 year old young child... That decided to try and do a stick up! On legal grounds the guy fucked up but on moral grounds... You roll the dice and want to play HAM and this kind of shit can happen...

  • @TheNippleTwisterz the guy was hit in the head. and the guy still fired 5 into him after. this was murder but let's imagine if the other guy outside is still a threat and possibly coming back and the pharmacist doesnt know that the guy on the floor could get up again. then he is surely justified in killing him in the heat of the moment if he thinks his freind is going to come back and attack and he doesnt want to be outnumbered. anything else and it's murder.

  • @mefford67 ANd what would stop the thug from killing an innocent person? Time and time again have these vermin robbed and killed innocent people for money. We all all the right to take a life. Criminals deserve nothing but a bullet in the head. Human rights for right humans. Simple. Kill or be killed. No one cares if it's deadly force or 1st degree murder. It's justice.

  • I also wanted to add that I am a first responder and have seen some really ugly sh*t over the years. This only reinforces for me that people who choose to be armed "lawfully" should absolutely hold themselves to a higher standard of conduct and that would also include securing said guns safely in your home so kids don't have tragic accidents or not returning to stand over an unconscious and unarmed person to shoot 5 more times. I LIKE that I exercise due care even in extreme situations...

  • This man was justified in defending himself initially. However, once the person was down and no longer presented a threat you do NOT have the right to walk by the unconscious person not once but twice, retrieve a new gun and stand over that person to fire 5 additional times. If you make the decision to arm yourself lawfully I think that decision requires you to hold yourself to a HIGHER STANDARD of conduct than the criminals. In fact it should be a point of pride that you act nothing like a thug
