To me, all the SNES Mortal Kombat games are memorable for having characters appearing in their opening intro. Goro pouncing the Acclaim logo in MK1, Shao Kahn taunting and Kintaro stomping the Acclaim logo in MK2, and Smoke posing in MK3/UMK3.
