www.gottabemobile.com HP's going to test market a multi-touch version of the Pavilion dv3t notebook in Europe. Here's a very quick video of what it looks like.
Touchscreen interaction is really being pushed with Windows 7, however I don't think it's going to take off for notebook PCs. I had a touchscreen tablet PC and was excited about implementing such technology into computing, but it became more of a novelty than a necessity as I found myself interacting with my PC more with the keyboard/trackpad than touching the screen.
What I do see evolving is multi-touch mutligesture trackpads for notebooks. And maybe touchscreen/mouse combos for desktops.

it is a dv3t, but not the regular one you are familiar with, as this one has the touch screen capability. its relatively new.
