@axelvaillant Check out Christian Ferras. He's another one of the truly greats of the past who somehow always gets overlooked. Superb rendition of this masterpiece.

Looking at Hilary, you wouldn't think powerful, but I think she absolutely expresses the spirit of this powerful piece with the right intensity.
Perfect tempo. Near flawless shifting, double stops.

Ginette Neveu is the reference for this piece I think: with a fleshy, powerful bow arm ... that so impresses one that one never forgets it.
