Until i can put subtitles on this remember:

Keep your trapping leg tight with the leg of the opponent.

Go for the knee quickly, and hold both the knee and your sleeve grip tightly

The back of your head should be tight on your opponents belly

Go for gold!

  • I love how the guy in blue is such a good partner. Only allowing the throws to be executed when proper technique is used.

  • @hellsing061678 if you train this to put the guy on his head. it will fuck somebody up. esp. on a concrete "street"

  • LMao @ 1:37 its like ... "wrestling wrestling, COMBOVER, wrestling..

  • @ARIELALONSO21 pure awesomeness

  • For all Shuai Jiao-holics:

Make sure you check out the Shuai Jiao tutorials posted on our channel.

    Peace!

  • Were you taught by Homer Simpson?

  • Many techniques in judo and shuaijiao are not suited for BJJ competition. However, under Chinese wrestling rules this would score a point and then both competitors would get up and try to throw each other again. The rules of a competition are what determines effectiveness. If you are talking about a street fight,

    ARIELALONSO21 has the answer.

  • This is a safe move if the rules are first person on there back loses which is how alot wrestling styles are in there traditional applications, i doubt this move was meant for use in a street fight or full contact match in the first place.

  • 3 easy Steps to beat the masters: 1) Kick his balls 2) Kick his balls 3) Kick his balls

  • No. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances, rules or no rules. Takedowns are only effective if they result in an advantageous position.
