Antonio Graceffo returns to Taiwan, the country that launched his martial arts odyssey, nearly eight years earlier. He takes a Muay Thai lesson from Kru Ran Lee, an amazing Thai boxer and trainer, who fought and trained in Thailand for years. Now, Kru Lee runs one of the biggest boxing gyms in Taiwan. At the club, Antonio catches up with his friends Max and Ulysses who he trained with in Thailand.

  • sorry, i isunderstood. now i got it. you can make tons of stuff out of old tires, innertubes and also those mats that you buy that fit together to cover the floor, we wrap those around posts for kicking.

  • no worries. thats what i meant. lol. it looks like it will help to condition a fighter's body and using a variety of attacks and combos.

  • yeah all good gyms have home made or custom made stuff. if you see the monkey master videos i did, all of his stuff is custom made, even the wrestling dummies and bags. the best uppercut bags are always homemade. and you are right, the home made stuff is made for more realistic combos.

  • oh thanks, i thought he was calling someone a dummy. ok, got it now. all over asia they make stuff out of tirs and innertues. if you go through my videos especially with monkey master you see stuff made of tires.

  • He's a good teacher. he's teaching the person in the video how to use his hips, foot pivot, and using the whole body to punch. The basics of muay thai and boxing.
