The Prime Minister of Israel has instructed the Israeli army to do everything possible to prevent the flotilla from reaching Gaza and to avoid any unnesessary violence and physical contact with the boats' passengers.

It must be understood, that this a provocation - first and foremost, because Israeli naval blockade of Gaza is absolutely legal according to the international law. We know, that today Gaza is ruled by the Hamas - a terrorist organization which is threatening Israeli civilians.

Israel must be certain that there's no influx of new rockets, weaponry and equipment that can be used by Hamas in its attacks on Israeli citizens - especially chlidren, like a few months ago. We demand from those vessels to stop at the Israeli port, to submit their cargo to inspection and if it is harmless - we will help to deliver it to Gaza. There's no humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

The people in Gaza have access to all the food they neeed. Israel is determined to defend its citizens and not to allow this illegal breach of its sovereign rights - those instructions of the Prime Minister to the army will be carried out to the letter.
