Last ever paint job for doomed Dockyard crests
Naval Crest Wall, site of a few hundred crest's that have been painted by the crew members of ships (from around the world) that have visited over the years to the former Royal Naval Dockyard, or HMS Malabar Bermuda.

Sadly, many have deteriorated to a point
that one cannot even tell the name of the vessel anymore. I wish I would have taken these pictures years ago, before they got to such a state!

Some of the ships to take note of....
HMS Antelope lost in 1982 Falklands War
HMS Sheffield lost in the Falklands as well

HMS Jupiter, with its Royal Crest indicates that Prince Charles was serving on board when it visited Bermuda
in 1972

Between 1982 and 1988 Mr. Robert Stigwood's yacht "Jezebel" was a familiar site in Bermuda waters, he also had a large property in the west end as well. Look for the "RSO" crest near the end.

Update
October 2008, KPMG employees and Bermuda High School students repainted most of the 175 naval crests in Dockyard. The crests are doomed to be destroyed in the next few years as a result of redevelopment projects at Dockyard
